By uploading content:

• You confirm that you have a personal or family relationship with the deceased person.
• You acknowledge that you have the moral or legal right to use their recordings for commemorative purposes.
• You agree not to upload or generate voices of living persons without explicit written consent.

We treat all uploaded content with the highest level of privacy and emotional sensitivity.

• All data is stored on secure and encrypted servers located in data centers with high industry standards (AWS).
• Audio files and generated voices are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

• Uploaded content and generated Voice Clones are retained while your account is active.
